Workplace Mediation
The benefits of the Campus Harmony, Inc. Leadership track goes beyond successful campus mediation to aiding employees in their success in the professional world. Businesses today are in great need of leaders skilled in promoting effective intercultural communication for greater cultural sensitivity, diversity and multicultural understanding in the workplace.

This program demonstrates how many workplace disputes can be resolved without resorting to legal processes.
