Mediation: the path to resolution
The Campus Harmony, Inc. program helps student leaders to hone
their skills in mediation as an essential element of peacemaking,
not as a rote action or pretence. Mediators act as impartial
facilitators, or "harmonizers", who draw from facilitative, transformative
and evaluative models in conflict resolution.
