Overview & Highlights

Campus Harmony, Inc., trains students in communication skills, diversity sensitivity, stress and anger management and other vital areas of mediation so that they can be the peacemakers of our global community. Our programs are uniquely tailored for each college campus to maximize the impact of the training. We do a pre-assessment to determine major areas of emphasis from a variety of courses and workshops:

The Campus Harmony, Inc., conflict resolution process takes students through the intricacies of interpersonal negotiations, including the importance of:

• Guiding the parties to seek their own answers.

• Gathering vital information for resolution.

• Prompting parties to share information.

• Clarifying the issues and nature of the conflict before defining the resolution to both parties’ satisfaction.
